Haven't gone to the You Tube video yet, wanted to get this in. Remember when Biden was facing all sorts of heat over the immigration issue, and he appointed Kamala Harris to investigate the issue? I said to myself, yeah, let's see if she comes up with even a scintilla of a hint as to what's going on.

So if I remember correctly, she studies things for coupla months, travels to Mexico, maybe a few other places, and comes back with an agreement from Mexico (at who knows at what measure of coercion?) essentially to slow things down at the border with Mexico. Insightful, incisive, prescriptive analysis if ever there has been so as to avoid the ugly truths of the matter. (Of course the same thing applies to Haiti and Puerto Rico, albeit with perhaps somewhat easier ability to emigrate, but one is still left with the question, is there no limit to the rape, exploitation, degradation, abuse, dehumanization, and theft of life prospects these people are subject to from the captains of capitalism? Answer: Nope, none.)

Believe it or not there is actually a Museum to the Victims of Communism in (where else?) Washington, DC, "dedicated to commemorating the more than 100 million people killed by Communism around the world and to those pursuing freedom from totalitarian regimes." It's website is here https://vocmuseum.org/ but if you're so inclined do some further online research to find out more about the delusional, self-righteous Right-wing whack jobs behind this bit of self-congratulatory propaganda and justification for continued exploitation of earth and its peoples.

To my knowledge there is no counterpart facility for a Victims of Capitalism Museum (nor an estimate to the number of its victims, but certainly more that 100 million, and certainly not in in Washington, DC), but present and past exhibits can be found in the aforementioned Latin America, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Gaza (hell, the Middle East in general) Viet Nam, Cambodia (hell, Southeast Asia in general), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (hell, pretty much the rest of Africa for that matter), Indonesia, Malaysia, all the properties in Monopoly, Disney World, and the International Space Station.

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” That still on the plaque at the base of the Statue of Liberty, only because the National Park Service personnel who would ordinarily remove or cover it over have already been DOGEd?
