Number three on the list of four things that capitalist parties who resist fascism do is “unambiguously condemn political violence and other antidemocratic behavior.” This got me thinking because when it comes to foreign policy, both parties perpetrate, endorse, underwrite, and incite political violence in other countries. I wonder to what extent this has helped advance the domestic descent toward fascism. At the very least, it shows the shallowness of the Democratic Party's commitment to democratic ideals and how foolish it is to have any faith in their ability to stop fascism from overtaking the country.
