In Article I, section 1, 3, iv (page 12 in my copy) I was surprised that 30% of the total seats in the legislature had to be filled by RCP members, though through popular vote.

And just to reiterate/be clear it says "(Draft Proposal)"...maybe that becomes just a thought after an actual revolution.
