I read the recommended WSWS article on the anti war/peace demonstration. I found it to be biased emphasizing the negative and deemphasizing the positive aspects of the demonstration. I heard the speeches of Chris Hedges and Dennis Kucinich and found both to be excellent. In addition other media sources that I have used have not mentioned any of the negative elements the WSWS article discusses.
Paul I've read you since Obama, and I wrote out a highly critical comment here. But instead I'd rather ask, are you open to learning about Bitcoin from a leftist perspective? I promise Bitcoin has no real world connection to right wing ideology any more than the internet itself does. In fact it's about the most left wing (that is pro-labor, anti-classist) technology imaginable and I can easily explain why, as well as answer any questions you surely would have about it if interested. (And yes I'm aware this sounds like a delusional Mormon knocking at your door but that dynamic is bizarrely part of the whole thing.)
Like the abortion funding movement, 3rd parties including RCP must take over small towns! The Panthers tried Oakland which proved too big, bigger than Ferndale Michigan or urban suburbs completely surrounded by Detroit. Somerville Massachusetts might also be too big, and too expensive to move in, but these Detroit Enclaves are cheap!
The war on abortion is WORLD wide and must be fought TOWN BY TOWN by every MAYOR on EARTH from JERUSALEM to DERRY to RANGOON to ANTELOPE OREGON! NONE of whom are giving free abortions the municipal funding priority it needs and deserves, exceeding local cops and schools combined.
City abortion funding saves city school tax, so much so that cities can then fund country abortions as well, all without answering to country voters.
In this way, my guess is that 10 cities can cover the USA and 25 can cover the world.
I honestly believe that if enough if us stand up the Empire crumbles. Mad respect for Latin American revolutionaries. I’m hoping to try it or even accomplish it without violence. Yes, I apologize. I certainly have not read all of you articles, Substack had so many! lol. I’m new to Substack at the suggestion of a friend. I find the Biden left to be closet fascists who will once again give rise to the boldest of fascists.
Abortion is the carrot the Dems need to dangle before an election. To codify it would defeat the purpose. This is gridlock of Right/Left politics.
We disagree about the rally. I firmly see our government as Merchants of Death around the globe at taxpayer and America’s soul expense.
Only outrage in an “unholy alliance” (Lindsay Graham) has a shot at ending it.
Coming together as Americans. Nothing more, nothing less. Anything says their job of dividing us is complete and we are truly looking at 1984. I don’t like a lot of people, groups, org’s.....I just hate the cost of war more.
