When the spoof went up in March of 2017, I got dozens of emails from concerned Canadians who thought it might be for real. It doesn’t seem so funny eight years later, with Mein Trumpf47 talking about making Canada "our 51st state."
Another example of reality becoming too strange for satire.
Kinda like a "really bad" Sci Fi movie! I truly don't know what could be worse getting hit with an asteroid or what we have going on at present!
