Demolition Ranch is a youtube entertainment channel where idiots shoot stuff with exotic guns. I've watched a couple of their videos and they are not overtly political (although obviously they are pro-gun people). They give off more of a childish, immature manchild delight at shooting weird reactive targets than any kind of militancy.

What surprises me is that this is the first assassination attempt on this man. I say that in in the most neutral way, just observing that this man has begged to be stopped, and it took until now for an attempt to take the easiest path to that end in the most violent country on earth.

On last night's Richard Medhurst report, there were videos of a MAGA eyewitness to the shooter's climbing up the side of the building, with rifle in hand, who claimed that he pointed out the man to both local police and federal officers, none of whom did anything. Everyone who described the gun used said it was a 22 caliber rifle. Trump was "shot" in the external right ear. Yes, there was a fatality. I hope that an honest, politically unconnected, team can do the same kind of analysis as was done in Dallas, 51 years ago. There's a lot to document.
